Can I track my order? Where is my tracking number?

Absolutely! We always want you in the loop. Tracking information will be sent to your email automatically once your order has been shipped.

Your order will be shipped out within 12-21 business days and you will get an email upon dispatch.  If you have not received an email after 21 days from purchase, please contact our support team for your tracking information.

Do you ship worldwide? Where do you ship from?

Yes, we ship worldwide to almost every country. There are a few exceptions of places we cannot ship to, in part due to Covid-19 and shipping expenses.

We have multiple warehouses across the United States. In some cases, orders with multiple products may arrive separately, depending on the location of fulfillment.  

What are your shipping / processing times?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

For delivery, please allow 6-12 business days for orders in the United States, and 32 business days for international orders.

Due to the current situation with Covid-19, orders may take an additional 2-3 working days to be delivered. Over time these delays are slowly improving, but occasionally items will get stuck in customs. We apologize for any extended delays, we are working around the clock to get your orders sent out as fast as possible.
